Shri. Govindsing Rathod Shikshan Prasarak Mandal, Dahatonda, is the leading multipurpose educational society of the Murtizapur Taluka of Akola District (Maharashtra). This society institution was registered as a public charitable trust (R. No. MH–234 Akola) in 1969. Late Shri. Dr. Ramsing Govindsing Rathod, a well-known persona and renowned general physician from Murtizapur Taluka, was the founder president. Under the aegis of this society, currently, different nine educational units are running, including primary schools, secondary schools, higher secondary schools, residential high schools, boys and girls hostels, a junior college, and a degree college. Since its inception, our parent education society has served the community and worked tirelessly for the upliftment of backward students in this area.
